I think the world has come to an end. Here, a British economist has written an article saying, ‘Foreign capital is exploiting us, American capital has taken over the whole of Europe’.
Look at the mess this guy’s gotten himself into!.. What arrogance, what audacity against our great friend, our confidential secret, our guardian angel, our big brother America!...
America is exploiting Europe. Rubbish, sir, rubbish, slander, extremism, poisonous ideas. They are controlled from a centre. Their heads should be crushed, they should be locked up...
Let me introduce you to this certified communist. His name is Nicholas Harman, one of the writers for The Economist magazine. Read what he writes and realise how far the communists have infiltrated. Look what this traitorous leftist says:
“...Today, Europeans do not own the European economy. American capital has taken control of European companies through corporate shares. 30% of the oil industry, 50% of the aircraft industry, 30% of the automobile industry, and 66% of the electronic calculator industry are owned by Americans. To get rid of this exploitation, we have to fight and increase our technical power...”
Joking aside, international capital has now reached this stage. All of this is scientifically established, with figures clearly presented both globally and in Turkey. American capital, like the arms of an octopus, has grabbed not only the poor economies but also the developed economies. Even rich and exploitative Europe, which established its basic industry a century ago, is revolting against this intercontinental robbery. And what are we doing now that all this has come to light?
We keep on dealing with the peppermint candy deceivers, who ask us whether we are one step to the right or to the left of the centre; whether our Constitution is open or closed to socialism; whether the workers should come to power or not. Screw our lovely multi-party democracy...
O our big-bellied comprador bourgeoisie with their state, their glory!... O the square screamers carrying a ballot box on their heads!... O former professors who put their conscience on sale at the ballot box!... O mouldy pens!... Newspaper bosses whose rotors are worn out from being American stooges!...
Look at the state of the world. And look at the level of the poor Turkish people, whom you have kept out of the twentieth century with all kinds of lies and robberies.
We get it, you are nationalists. The call to prayer will not cease in this country. You are right. You will crush the heads of the vile reds. You will do it. You will fight against communism to the last drop of your blood. No doubt about it!..
Excuse me, it will be a bother; we’re disturbing you, but look, we are one of the most backward nations in the world. Think about this for a while. If Turkey is one of the poorest countries in the world today, do you have no responsibility at all? Did the traitorous leftists invent all this poverty?!
Yes, American capital will protect us against communism. Let’s give them whatever natural wealth we have:
- The oil is yours, use it as you wish.
- The mines are yours or ours.
- We will not apply our laws to you, make yourselves at home.
- Your espionage reports don't matter either, we will cover them up.
Is this, are these the paths to salvation for Turkey?!.. Our great politicians have recommended these for years.
- The oil is ours.
- It doesn’t matter, they protect us against communism.
- Our mines are being plundered.
- Shut up, traitor.
- We are losing our national independence.
- To Moscow, to Moscow...
In Turkey, the basic features of the multi-party system and the espionage of western capitalism are confused with each other. Leftism does not mean world workers' revolutionism and capitalism does not mean multi-party democratic order. In the light of scientific facts, it is becoming clearer that conservatism does not mean conservatism of American profits.
Turkey’s path to salvation lies not in outdated fears, but in the observation of scientific causes.
In the twentieth century, Turkish nationalism means protecting the hard labour of the Turkish people against foreign interests. The rest is empty talk, dry noise, let us not fool ourselves.
Look, we have been poisoned again. We are being controlled from a centre. We read an article by a British economist and wrote against our great friend. Shame, shame, shame.
Our constitution is closed to socialism, our country is open to foreign capital. America is our life, sacrifice our blood...
